Fruit Free Kalette Smoothie – Paleo, Vegan Raw Dairy & Gluten Free
What to do with any leftovers… These smoothies are not only refreshing and packed with flavour, they’re also very good for you. Just pop all the ingredients in a blender, blast and you’re good to go.
Ingredients
- 15 Kalettes® Washed
- 1/2 Organic Cucumber, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley
- 1/2 Lemon, Peeled
- 1/2 Avocado, Pitted And Peeled
- 230ml Coconut Water
- 6 Ice Cubes
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and press go – its as simple as that.
Ensure that your blender blades are strong enough for the ice. If not place them in a tea towel and bash until crushed then add to the smoothie. BOOM!
